Dilute
Calculate stock-to-working and serial dilutions, including retained volume between serial steps.
Formulate
Calculate w/v, w/w, or v/v percentages, build multi-ingredient recipes, and scale a whole recipe.
Convert
Convert mass, volume, amount, concentration, and percentage units. A separate U-100 tool converts user-supplied volume or amount and concentration to volume markings; it does not choose an amount.

It does not choose the substance, target amount, route, frequency, or regimen. Those decisions stay with the user and the applicable professional process.
The arithmetic cannot establish solubility, stability, compatibility, purity, sterility, density, salt correction, or the accuracy of laboratory measurements.

Find the right task
Mark the quantities you know and the result you need. AxiPrep explains the matching task before opening editable inputs.
Check the equipment
Compare a calculated quantity with your entered range and graduation. Supported tasks can suggest a larger batch or intermediate dilution. These are mathematical options that still require handling and compatibility checks.
Link the printed label
Save a plan, export a PDF worksheet or label, and keep actual measurements in separate batch notes. A label QR opens the saved plan on a phone that holds the record.
Reusable templates, whole-recipe scaling, and backup import with conflict choices are also available. Records stay on the device; the QR contains an identifier, not preparation data.
Verification status
Now in personal-device testing.
- 50 core checks, 21 interface scenarios, and 3 PDF tests passed across documented runs and corrections
- All 15 calculators returned expected answers through the interface
- The signed 0.4.0 build was installed and launched on a personal iPhone
- PDF checks covered label dimensions, QR contents, long worksheets, and overflow rejection
- Real-device workflow acceptance, physical printing and Camera scanning, minimum-iOS testing, manual VoiceOver, representative-user review, and independent scientific review remain open
The amount/concentration U-100 feature also needs review before commercial distribution. A personal-device testing build is not an App Store release.
A calculation is not treatment guidance
AxiPrep does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend therapy, or select a treatment regimen. Its U-100 utility converts a user-supplied volume, or amount and concentration, to volume markings. It does not supply pharmacologic IU conversions or administration instructions.
