Information you provide
The early-access form asks for an email address, an optional first name, an optional product interest, and affirmative consent to receive occasional product and development updates. Submissions are stored through Netlify Forms and may be forwarded to the Axiwoven business mailbox. Email inquiries provide the information you include in the message.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, record product interest, maintain the early-access list, send occasional updates manually, improve product planning, and protect the website. This release does not include automated newsletter delivery, user accounts, or behavioral advertising.
Hosting and technical information
The website is hosted on Netlify. Hosting providers may process network requests, IP addresses, browser/device details, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs as part of providing and protecting the service. Netlify's own terms and privacy practices govern its processing.
Cookies and analytics
This release does not include analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or optional tracking cookies. Essential hosting and security mechanisms may operate at the platform level. This policy will be updated before optional analytics or another material processing service is enabled.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be handled by service providers needed to host the website, receive form submissions, or operate business email. Axiwoven does not sell personal information. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, and service integrity.
Retention
Early-access and inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, operational records, and applicable obligations. Retention is reviewed as business practices develop.
Your choices
You may ask to leave the early-access list or request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by emailing hello@axiwoven.com. Requests are handled manually; no automated unsubscribe system is currently used.
Third-party links
The site links to scientific publications, regulators, databases, and other independent resources. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Future products
AxiKinet, AxiPrep, CiteWise, and other products may require product-specific privacy notices reflecting their actual data practices. This website policy does not describe unimplemented product features.
